Dr. Paul Saladino is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cross Valley Health & Medicine — a comprehensive primary care practice located in the City of Newburgh. Dr. Saladino completed his training in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan, NY. After beginning his career in 2000 as a community based primary care physician in Newburgh, Dr. Saladino established Cross Valley Health & Medicine in 2007. Dr. Saladino dedicates his practice to the diverse communities of the Hudson Valley and seeks to improve on the quality of care provided to all who comes in to the practice. Dr. Saladino’s philosophy stands on the premise that it is the unique relationship between the patient, practitioner, and healthcare team that drives the best health care for our patients. His leadership ensures the foundation for building trust, quality care, and clinical excellence for patients.
Dr. Saladino provides a culturally inclusive and sensitive practice for his patients. He is fluent in Italian and Spanish. He was named one of Hudson Valley Magazine’s “Top Doctors of the Hudson Valley” in 2003, Patients’ Choice Awards in 2008, 2009 and 2010, and received the Compassionate Doctor Recognition Award in 2011.
Dr. Saladino completed his degree in Biochemistry at the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education in 1995. He received his Medical Degree from Albany Medical College in 1997, followed by his post-graduate training and fellowship at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York. Dr. Saladino is a New York licensed physician and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Addiction Medicine. He is a member of several associations including the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Addiction Medicine, the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Saladino is an avid volunteer, both, domestically with the Newburgh Lions Club, and internationally, participating in humanitarian work in affiliation with Mount Saint Mary College and the Foundation for Peace in the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Saladino is happily married and has a beautiful daughter. They live in Newburgh.
