Dr. Paul Saladino

Dr. Paul Saladino is Founder, President and Attending Physician at Cross Valley Health & Medicine in Newburgh, NY, practices Adult Primary Internal Medicine and is affiliated with St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital. He founded Cross Valley in 2007 after practicing in the community for over 10 years at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan. He pursued a degree in Biochemistry at the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education, City College, CUNY in 1995, received his Medical Degree from Albany Medical College in 1997, followed by post-graduate training and his fellowship at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York. Dr. Saladino is licensed by New York State, the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Ambulatory and Urgent Care Medicine, and the American Board of Addiction Medicine. He is a member of several associations including the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Addiction Medicine, the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Saladino is an at-large member of Physicians for Human Rights. He is fluent in Italian and Spanish, providing a culturally inclusive and sensitive practice for his patients. He was named one of Hudson Valley Magazine’s “Top Doctors of the Hudson Valley” in 2003, Patients' Choice Awards in 2008, 2009 and 2010, and received the Compassionate Doctor Recognition Award in 2011. He continually strives to improve the health and well-being of his patients and all Hudson Valley residents.

Dr. Amanda Mohabir

Dr. Amanda Mohabir received her degree in Biology in 1997 from Binghampton University and went on to pursue her Medical Degree at Meharry Medical College in 2001. She completed her education with a Family Practice Residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2004. Since that time she has served her community in family medical practices in Texas, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and New Jersey before beginning practice in the Hudson Valley. She is certified in New York and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Mohabir has also conducted research on antibiotics and infection.

Claudia Ramirez, Physician Assistant

Physician Assistant Claudia Ramirez is a disciplined medical professional skilled in effective communication and is noted for her strong rapport-building skills with physicians and patients. She received her degree from Miami Dade College in Miami, Florida in 2006 and is a certified physician assistant by the state of New York. She is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants. Claudia has served as a surgical technologist and a PA-C in Florida before journeying to Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt. Kisco, NY and Cross Valley Health & Medicine. She specialized in family medicine, urgent care, obstetrics and gynecology. She is also fluent in English and Spanish.
